At Adriano Conti, we're proud to offer free shipping on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–9 business days
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed beyond these estimates due to circumstances outside our control (customs, courier delays, extreme weather). If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at info@adrianoconti.com and we'll look into it for you.
Order changes
If you need to update your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at info@adrianoconti.com. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make changes.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
