RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item without tracking. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund as described below.

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with tags still attached
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@adrianoconti.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Your full name and address
We'll reply with everything you need to send your item back. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we'll confirm the correct return address with you first.
Return shipping

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at info@adrianoconti.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. In this case, we'll cover the return shipping cost and arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Order cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in preparation for shipping, and we can't guarantee we'll be able to cancel it — but reach out to info@adrianoconti.com as soon as possible and we'll always try to help.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we're not able to guarantee a replacement or refund for that shipment.
Slight colour variations
Product colours shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual item due to photography lighting, editing, and individual screen settings. These small variations are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return.
